Mild pain in stomach after every meal
Hi team, for the last one month I feel mild pain in my stomach almost after every meal and some time without meal. My stool is normal n have normal hunger. I feel heavy gas in my stomach sometime.i am taking xymex mps and rabegot dsr medicine .Please help me.

Only medicines won't help. You need life style modification. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tobacco. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Don't over eat. Go for morning and evening walks everyday . Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid stress. Add probiotics to your diet.
