Whenever I eat food feel too heavy in my stomach and also after alcohol my Tommy is also increased in last 1 year and also feel pooty lots of time specially after food and drink

You didn't mention your age.  But your style of presentation of symptoms shows that you should be in early  20s. You have to look after yourself.  Over indulgence is going to be bad. You need to follow Lifestyle modifications.  Please consult with a General Physician on Practo.

Life style have to be changed.. avoid alcohol, oily fried spicy and junk foods.. eat healthy balanced diet..
