Excess intake of protein can lead to constipation which can result in  complications like hemorrhoids. Follow this: Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid tea and coffee. Have high fibre diet. There are medicines which can help you out but i need to ask you few questions before prescribing any medicine.
