Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have been experiencing lot of gastric issues and stomach pain since long might be from around 4 months now. Have consulted lot of doctors but non of there prescription have worked for a longer time. Please suggest some good medicine or any way to get rid of it. And also, I have been gone through all the body tests, everything is normal, I have been diagnosed with kidney stones but those are non obstructive.

Myself Abhinav actually I have habit of noticing stool from last 2 months sometimes I found that down part of my stool contain little mucus like nose mucus but very little seen when I take stool in hand is this normal I read Google that mucus in stool is not normal so please tell I asked my physician he told some people experience little mucus because of stress please you answer sir

Hi myself 22 years old. I am facing a problem . The problem is in first morning my urine is dark yellow and after 2 times like after 11 am it quite white and night when I will go to sleep then urine is also dark yellow . Is it serious issue like kidney problems?

I am feeling sometimes dull sometimes acute pain in my stomach mostly on right side and left side also. I also have fever 102 °F. In 2020 I experienced similar condition and doctor said it could be appendicitis. I underwent ultrasound and blood test but results were normal and doctor just gave Medicine for 3days and I was better. Now again I'm feeling something similar. My eating habits are also not right and I'm overweight.
