3 months ago Lipase was 256 Amylase was 130 Abdominal pain was there other than that no other symptoms. After one month lipase came to 68 and amylase 88.. Should I worry ? Sometimes pinching pain came and go not severe though.

My GGT level as per per the report attached has come to 130. I am not an alcoholic and have a moderately healthy lifestyle. I had delivered a baby a year ago and had been affected by Covid in the beginning of this month. Also, my T4 level is 3.8 and it seems to be lower according to the report with a high value of Vitamin B12. I take mesalamine tabs for ulcerative colitis. Is  Prolonged release tabs better than delayed release mesalamine tablets? The price difference is quite significant between the two.
