Hello, I've been trying to gain weight so I've been following a certain diet and I've been experiencing serious bloating gas and digestion problem which is moving me away from my goal to gain weight. I really need assistance for being able to avoid all this and be able to gain weight

Hi Doctor, i had gastric and acidity issues from few months. Than after test found to be positive for H. Pylori. I took 14 days high antibiotic treatment. But still i feel burning sensation in stomach sometime gastric. Mood swings, head heaviness. How long will it take to be normal. Any more ayurvedic or homeopathy treatment i should take ? I am 23 weeks preg and have haemorrhoids before preg but they have prolapsed now . From few days i can see undigested food in stool , smelly farts , and emptying bowl in 3 times with loose stool and lil stomach ach. Did a stool test which is normal except polymorphonuclear leukocytes range 0-1 hpf ! I dont k ow what to do i am having itching inside anus every time i pass motion and its difficult ! Not eating spicy or outside food taking fiber also ! What else to be done now!

For the Past 1.5 years, I'm getting loose stools (the frequency is once a day but the stool type is loose), gas formation after 2-3 hours of eating and burning sensation at Anus after passing the motion for 7-8 hours. The gastroenterologist first diagnosed for H.Pylori Infection after Endoscopy and suggested some medicines for 2 months, but after the stoppage of medicine, I am again facing the same issue.
