Cracking sound while bloating
Hello sir, bad smell coming from mouth and feels little pain in left side and cracking sound coming while bloating when I drink water for few minutes it's ok and again it starting what to do sir .

Better to consult with a General Physician in your area. Every thing else is fine but this cracking sound coming from bloating is not understandable.

Gastritis
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day.
Avoid alcohol.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Add roughage to your diet.
Add probiotics to your diet.
Go for morning and evening walks.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Avoid outside food.
