You need some changes in your lifestyle. You should go for a brisk walk in the morning for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. You should take a glass or two of ordinary filtered water before you go for walks. It will facilitate your bowel movements. You have to do it every day. Please don't ask questions like, " So many days have passed. Why no relief ! "

You need some life style modification Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Have high fibre diet. Avoid spicy, oily and fatty foods. Avoid outside food. Don't over eat. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Like if you have your dinner at 8 pm then go to bed at 10 pm. Go for morning and evening walks. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add roughage to your diet. Drink one or two glass of warm water in the morning before going to washroom.
