You need some life style modification. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis. Do some physical activity on a regular basis. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add roughage to your diet. Don't over eat. Add probiotics to your diet. Avoid packed food. Drink one or two glass of warm water in the morning before going to washroom. Do all the above mentioned things.. if it's of no use then consult.
