Sir for one week my chest make tight and sudden headache,upper back pain ,dizzy I check BP and heart normal what is the reason my chest make tight and which doctor I want to consult sir

Liver size in Normal, slightly reduced homogenous parenchymal echotexure all over. No focal lesion and portal vein measures are normal. Gall bladder is small, contracted and wall is thickened. Biliary Tree : CBD and intrahepatic biliary channels are not dilated. Visible part of pancreas appears normal. Spleen is normal and echotexture is uniform. Kidneys, Urinary bladder and prostate appears normal. How can It interpreted based on these USG result?
