I have facing constipation issue also after 1 month of laser piles sergery, I have facing hard stool in some time, verry hard to pass stool.i have taken fibre diet and also drink more water. But some time facing hard stool...

Eat banana and soft diet curd ,milk,buttermilk
Lots of water ,green tea
And don’t be stressed it also can effect
U can take laxatives also
