Sir before 18 days I have taken 3 days course of antibiotic then I got loose stool but now also I am having soft and fluffy stool one time in a day is this because of stress because I was stressed from last few days

By Mistake, if  i and wife have consumed food cooked with 1 PARAD  mercury Tablets which we found in tact and somewhat dissolved but tablet was detected in smaller circular form , what will happen? Tablet contain are Mercury 30 MG, Khatika 60MG? Tablets are called as ZANDU PARAD Tablets. Use in household for protecting grains like RICE, WHEAT etc.. Please advise at the earliest..
