Hyy I'm suffering from gerd for more than 2 yrs...tell me why stomach sphincter relaxes at wrong time...how can I amend it naturally..help me🙏

I am a Mother of 2yrs kid. I am still giving him breast feeding. Most often i get severe gas pain in upper abdomen during nights. I eat home food and less spicy only. PAN-D ,pudinahara, digene didn't help me at all. I made changes in my diet as well and nothing is helping me. The pain is very severe. Please suggest me what to do. I am.kind of afraid to go for Endoscopy.

During abdominal ultrasound scan it is detected gallbladder polyps 6mm size. Recently I am suffering mild pain near right upper abdomen part.

Hello sir, I am suffering from schizophrenia, recently I started taking Ash gourd juice which has helped my digestion and Schizophrenia symptoms. I had earlier taken yakult as a probiotic. Does stopping yakult imbalance the stomach and in turn the mind. How long can I take Ash gourd juice. Can I take yakult along with juice, will taking yakult help me with mental issues.

Last 3 days taking Azithromycin,dolo,zincovit,montekope lc tab for fever & headache.today I have some sound in stomach & passed normal motion 2 times already.need advise sir.thank you

I feel hungry during meal time but I can't eat sufficient food to fill my stomach. After eating little bit I feel my stomach is full. I want to eat well and gain weight. Kindly prescribe me a proper medicine to increase my appetite permanently.
