Hiatal hernia
I took razo d capsules since 6 years for my hyper acidity problem because of hiatal hernia. All is going great. Every morning 1 capsule and all the things are going well but suddenly its stop working with my acidity about 1 year ago. I suffer chest burn and pain and indignation since 1 year. I had tried every PPI such as rabeprazole , Esomeprazole, omeprazole, dexlansoprazole, pantoprazole and many more but all these ppi not working with my heartburn problem. Endoscopy also done 2 times. Doctors told esophagus and stomach spintcher is loose and histal hernia is there. They gave different ppi but all these not work with my problem. I want to get rid of my problem. I loose all the hopes. I am depressed with this acidity problem. I can not understand why these ppi not work ? Please help someone.

It's a structural issue. Medicines will help only to an extent. But since you are having persistent issues, you might seek consultation with a GastroSurgeon for repair of hiatal hernia.
