I have been diagnosed with Small Hiatal Hernia. I take daily one tablet of Neopride total prescribed by doc but still I have Heartburn issue disturbing me. How to get relief from Heartburn ?

Well u need to explains your symptoms( heartburn , chest pain , vomiting , reflux ) in detail and from how long ur having this U can add lifestyle and diet management for long term cure . Loosing weight if obese , quit smoking if doing so , avoid spicy oily food , avoid mints and caffeine, further u can google about it
