Need Surgery,as management better consult surgeon they do this Roen y cut surgery,consume meals little by little frequency increase like 3-5times u may delvelop dumping syndrome...after surgery.. better take SYP GAVISCON 5ML -5ML-5ML BEFORE FOOD AND TAKE SURGEON OPINION..STOP TEA COFFE BEVARAGES , COMPLETELY FOR PREVENTION OF FURTHER COMPLICATIONS
