Hi Doctor,  My mother is a diabetic patient with High BP. Everything is under control. She takes Pan-D as she is also has severe gastric issues. All of a sudden from last 3 days she is feeling like vomitting that too only in evening time (6 to 8 ) pm and she vomits once only. I am Little worried, can you help me why is it happening. Did test one month ago when she was feeling gastric issues ( gas formation) and was dehydrated...Her LFT was normal...Sugar were with in the range limits only Creatnine was 1.4. and lipid profile was also normal except Trygycelride which was 190. Please suggest

Hi, I am 28 year old IT professional. Off late, I am suffering from burning sensation in stomach especially at night after 7-8 PM. And this burning sensation wouldn't improve unless I eat something. I have recently underwent abdominal scan/thyroid tests/cholesterol tests. I have grade 1 fatty lever and cholesterol level is bit high. Please suggest what food I can take to improve this burning sensations or is being overweight causing these issues?

Hi, I am having dysentary and indigestion for last couple of days. Due to this I consulted with a doctor and adviced to have Rifagut 550, Unienzyme twice a day for 10 days and stopping Milk, Wheat, Sag, Besan related product. After following the advice the problem was almost fixed but today I can see the issue occurs again. Do I need to take any other medication in this condition? Do I need to do any kind of medical tests? Kindly suggest. I don't have any pain in my bowel except a mild irritation.

I am facing stomach pain from last 1 month. I face this problem after eating food and it will start after 2 hrs of eating. And will last for 6 hours. I can't eat chapati from last 1 month. Pain was gradually increasing after 2 hours and will last long for 6 hours. I can't take pain killer, it will increase the pain. Facing lower back pain also when stomach pain does. Have done endoscopy and ulcer test also but nothing diagnose.
