I have a pinworm infection ,I took albendazole 400 single tab 3 days ago but i see no improvement at all ,now they are moving more frequently and I feel more itch than before,can i take another tablet now?

I had h pylori related mild antral and erosive fundal gastritis diagnosed via ugi endoscopy. I completed my antibiotic course and after that ppi for 20 days ...i was feelimg good for 1 and a half month but now pain in right upper quadrant,loss of apetite,heavy stomach started again.please help.
