I am having issues like sticky and hard stool since 3 weeks feeling so depressed fell like not completely done after poop and the urge for stool is very less i have to go and seat in the toilet and put pressure to poop i have taken dulcoflex for 3 days but no changes then took pruvict 2 mg still same today i started to take cremaffin plus and anus feel dry after stool i am taking fibre aswell everyday please help me with it and guide

Hi I was taking herbalife protein for 6 months.will this cause pangastritis.I did my endoscopy on September 4th it was showing pangastritis.

I diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 with normal sized liver in 2/1/22. It's been 25 Days. Steatosis was 178 (Moderate) and stiff. was 7.3. We didn't get LFT test at that time because my doctor said to do LFT after a month. He said to avoid sugar, white rice, oily foods and do exercise. I joined gym and started strength and cardio. With all precautions in my diet. I ate only 2 times (which is my typical routine from childhood because I'm from village). Salad, Dal and black rice. I'm 5'7 (169cm) and I reduced my weight from 82kg to 74.60kg in 25 days. My target is 69kg. Today I got my LFT report which is showing AST 44 (Normal - 40) ALT 59 (Normal - 40) which is elevated. I think these must have been more elevated when I was diagnosed. Other things are normal. MY QUESTIONS - How many weight I need to reduce more to make these normal? and when to repeat test? How severe AST 44 and ALT 59 are?

Recently I recovered from Covid, but I still have a mild stomach infection, I pass stool mostly 2 times a days sometimes 3, the stool is a little watery and loose in nature and black in colour, however, it's not too watery and doesn't have mucus, I don't have stomach aches of crams, I don't feel dehydrated as well but the colour of my stool my bothering me,

Hi doctor, I am hypochondria anxities paitent and have lots fear of any cancer disease. I read about one person on internet who diagnosed with bowel cancer after seeing blood on stool. I gets sacred since i read this. I am watching my stool since then. I feel burning sensation after going loo second time a day. Stool size is also normal. Never seen blood. Did fectal stool test 2 year back and it was clear. There is no history of any cancer in family so far. Please suggest what should I do?? please  Try to understand my situation

I am a working professional, I am feeling low energy, less tendancy to work or study after every lunch even though I am not sleepy. Lunch normally include  wheat/ rice, lentils and some green and cooked vegetable / meat. How it can be minimised?

For last 5 month I was in weight loss journey and lost 23kg.But for past 2 month I suffer from constipation.I take laxative like cremaffin plus.When I use laxative I was able to poop otherwise constipation occurs.So I take laxative for every 3 days.How to get permanent cure from constipation?

I'm having GERD like symptoms. Acid reflux on a daily basis and burping very frequently even when stomach isn't full. Really bad coughing fits especially at night that sometimes lead to shortness of breadth and i have to mouth breathe for relief. I am always feeling like there's a lump in my throat and no typical coughing medicine has been able to help me. This has been happening for past few months, i initially ignored it since I used to live in a college hostel and didn't get proper diet but it's persistent now and I'm really worried about the continuous coughing fits. When i keep a sualin tablet or laung in my mouth only then I'm able to manage the cough and this I have to do about 7-8 times a day maybe even more. Please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know if i need a test done because it's really causing me a lot of trouble sleeping. (I don't know if it's relevant but i get panic attacks sometimes and when i do I cry a lot and thus cough a lot and belch a lot.)
