Fart issue is a part of the food habits.
We have fried foods with spices. That leads to more production of gas and it can come out by burping or as fart.
Even if we don't have the problem of farting, the symptom will be that "the person can't pass gas and he has a bloated feeling through out the day".
The answer is our lifestyle changes.
We should avoid spicy and fried foods, we should not overload our stomach. This is especially true for evening meal. We should not go to sleep soon after eating. We should walk about for about 30-40 minutes.
In the morning we should go for brisk walk for about an hour. Before going for walk we should have about 2 glasses of water.
We should avoid alcohol and tobacco in any form.
By these habits the production of gas will be less and bowel movements will increase and the gas will be passed easily in the morning. So you will not be farting throughout the day.
Even your problem of constipation will be addressed.
Without appropriate lifestyle changes we will become slaves of things like Veloz D and Riflux.
There is no miracle drug to get rid of the problem of farting permanently.
