Hello ,
I frequently experience digestion issues and loose motions, and it has become quite exhausting. I usually do not have stomach pain during these episodes. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how it can be treated?

Chronic loose motions in your age group (29 years) needs checking for two things:
1. Your stomach/small intestine is able to digest food and absorb correctly. When this mechanism doesn’t work properly it causes loose motions.
*Bloods tests: CBP, Coeliac test, ESR, TSH, HbA1C and liver function test.
*Stool test for Elastase levels.
2. The inner lining of Your large intestine (colon) hasn’t become inflamed causing loose motions.
*Stool test for Calprotectin along with microscopy. *Blood test for CBP, ESR, CRP.
*Flexible sigmoidoscopy to check the inner lining of lower colon and also to take biopsy.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
