Please let me know what medications I need to take for stomach pain upper stomach middle portion near ribs

Sir previously my sgpt was 256 and sgot was 89 . After taking sorbitol 300, evion 400 and betonin syrup for 7 days it came down to 159 and 52 respectively. My hbsag is non reactive 0.22 and anti hcv is also non reactive 0.11. Is it ok ?

I do have a hectic schedule for that I have to eat outside everyday and don't have time to cook. So Can I take Oats and Milk for dinner everyday?? If yess than what is the perfect time to take it?

Stomach ache one hour after meal Female, 28 For the past one week My wife is having stomach ache after one hour of having meals. The pain stays for 2 3 hour and then it goes away on its own. In routine checkup report everything seems to be normal except for vitamin B12 and D . They are at low levels. No habit of oily food or spicy food . Ultrasound is also sone and it is normal.Plz suggest some remedy.
