Sir my cousin is having blood in stool and his blood count is very low hb was 3.7 Now after receiving blood he is having 9.7 But when he poops it comes with blood Please give some views of yours on this. 🙏

Iam 31 years old, mother of 2kids had a c section. I weigh 66kgs as of today. I have been suffering from severe bloating and constipation issue since a very very long time. Nothing seems to help me with my issue  gastric tablets. Or ayurvedic gas medicaiton Or not even the workouts r helping me. 😭😭 iam very upset with my condition. Stools have become a surprise kind of term in my life they never happen if they do they r very painful. I use sana ka patta powder which helps me with my stools but it's very scary for me to consume even that makes me fall sick. 😭😭 I need a permanent and a best solution. I have tried couple of treatments like isabghol, and variants or powders with that. Ayurvedic digestive pills cremaffin, gastric tablets pantocid pan d pan 40 and a couple of others. Home remedies. Dear Doctor, my son is 6.6 years age. I m observing the problem since couple of months. He is passing hard stools every 10-15 mins in the underwear with soiling of underwear not large quantity. But observed his stools are very tough to pass and he is struggling to pass. It has become a worry now, bcz he is living like that since more than a month now... My kid have speech delays and cannot communicate his pain. Please help what should I do to rescue him from that painful stools or frequency of soiling underwear. He am managing good water intake but the problem is fruits he does not eat which i m practicing to give him in various methods. I had 2 blueberry breezer and 3 small whiskey pegs last night and also taking multivitamins aswell in the daytime, everyday. In the morning I noticed my stool is blackish in color, it's not tarry but normal neither I'm facing any digestive issue right now. Should I be worried ?

Ever since I had the episode of bad constipation and i strained too hard I am bleeding initially my toilet water would turn red but later it turned into streaks of blood on poop today morning I had no blood in poop but I needed to used the washroom again and strained too hard and again there was bright red splashes of blood although after that my stool had minimum amount of blood in it. I am prone to cancer at this age

Hi, So i vomitted 4 times while i was out of town so i went to a local doctor there got my tablets vomits stopped, it was food poison. but i noticed i can't poop it's been 4 days.. 5th day i entered forcefully and just to get my poop done i had to apply immense terrible pressure took me 1 hour yes, i can't explain i nearly gave up and felt like again i can't explain how bad it was i though I'd faint now.. Please advise what is this, this never happened to me. Thank you so much for ur help in advance how to avoid this / how to fix this / why this happened. I never want to experience this in my entire life !!

Hii doctor i diagnosed h Pylori Gastritis last two months back.. Now its cured i doing diet plan well eating also.. But sometimes i had head ache for that i taken paracetamol tablets for headache.. Now headache gone.. When i taken paracetamol tablets for headache.. After some time stomach discomfort and burping much.. I am worried about dis please give me solution.. Why stomach discomfort happening??
