You have gastroesophageal reflux disease ( GERD) Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid outside food. Keep your self hydrated. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Have liquid and semisolid diet for now. Don't over eat. Avoid carbonated drinks. Stop smoking if you do. Avoid tobacco. Avoid alcohol. Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day empty stomach. Syrup digene  20 ml 3 times in a day.

You may start the following in the meantime Tab Pantop DSR 1 tab OD before breakfast for 7 days. Cap. Probiotic 1 cap OD for 10 days Please consult as require more details about symptoms.
