You have gastritis. You need to change your lifestyle if you really want to stay normal. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Avoid tea and coffee. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Don't over eat. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Avoid carbonated drinks. Add roughage to your diet. Go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Add probiotics to your diet. Don't take stress.
