drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. avoid spicy and oily food. avoid outside food. avoid alcohol. avoid tobacco. avoid over eating. don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap go for morning and evening walks everyday. do some physical exercises on a regular basis have green leafy vegetables and fruits. avoid tea and coffee. avoid carbonated drinks. add probiotics to your diet. add roughage to your diet.
