Assuming that these symptoms are temporary and short term here's my advice: Syrup Ranidom O - one tablespoon after meals. This is a combination of antacid and simethicone. Take this for five days. This should do. Avoid consuming beans, lentils, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks, and dairy products for a few days. For the headache, if it's mild Tab Dolo is enough. If you are experiencing these symptoms from a long time now please consult a Gastroenterologist.
Next Steps
Avoid mentioned food items.
