As tripahal is a an ayurvedic medicine so you will need to ask an ayurvedic physician for this. We practice only alopathic medicine. See you need life style modification. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of water Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tobacco. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Don't over eat . Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add probiotics to your diet. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Go for morning and evening walks. Can take tab pantop D-sr twice in a day empty stomach for 7 days then one's in a day empty stomach for 7 days also take syrup digene 20 ml after food 3 times in a day for 7 days.
