Bloating,burping and
Iam 24 year old presently not working.I have been suffering from bloating, burping after eating spicy foods,gastric irritation and sometimes pain in the stomach when pressed deeply.
Iam using omez tablets.Pan40 and digene are not useful to me.My blood reports are normal and general health is normal.I don't have motions or pain in the rectum.Today I got black motion.Please advise .

There is a possibility that you are bleeding from your gastrointestinal tract.
Spicy food does lead to acidity and ulcer formation.
You need stool evaluation to check for presence of blood(occult).
You need endoscopy/ colonoscopy as well.
