Since last 2 3 days I was having mild burning pain specially after eating or drinking few food items something but yesterday at night after having 1 cup of packet milk without boiling I suddenly had severe burning pain and heaviness in right upper abdomen and also under ribcage just below chest it felt like I will die of that pain as it was that much heavy like I was nit even to breathe because of it than I immediately had 2 digene tablet and 1 pan 40 tab after which in 5 to 10 Minutes I felt normal but still now also I am feeling different type of mild heaviness at upper right abdomen and also under rib cage although I don't have fever and my stool and urine are also normal not even I have bloating and no yellowish in skin or eyes or nails just burning pain and heaviness

I have been experiencing anal fissure since past 7-8 months. Sometimes it got healed but it kept coming back and has not gone permanently. I had one consultation on practo doctor suggested to have Sitcom forte and softlovac powder for 10 days. There has been relief but when I stopped the meds after 2/3 days again the pain started to happen. Any suggestions what should I do now

I got typhoid in april. Doctor prescribed me antibiotic injection named accuzon 1g injection for 5 days (1-1). Typhoid was still there. So then i got meromac 1g injection (1-1-1) for 5 days. Its been 2 months Since then i am not able to digest anything. I am having prebiotics and probiotics and alot of medicines for persistent diarrhea. But nothing is working for me. Kindly please help me.
