Hello doctor i get a pimple in the butt hole from past 5 days and it irtitates a lot so please help wot to do

Pain in back of breast bone combined with severe heartburn. Dietary changes done still sever heartburn.

I usually have stomach pain in left side. I'm having typhoid as well. I take treatment for typhoid and it returns to me again. Further my urine routine reports has bacteria + and RBC present and pus cells.my sonography report shows-Both ovaries are marginally bulky in size and show multiple tiny follicles at periphery sparring troma at center.

I am a 22 year old woman. I've dealt with constipation all my life and I'm struggling to control the problem. It is always have to strain to pass anything even when stool is not large or hard. I have tried internet suggested solutions like fiber, more water and exercise but nothing has come close to fixing the problem entirely. I would appreciate a medical opinion. I am tired of living like this, please help!
