It started with weight loss and then my back pain started along with stomach pain wilt fever

In my today ultrasound of full abdomen.Report shows Grade 1 fatty liver.What does this mean.Any precautions required for this.

My three year old has had diarrhea for a week now. He did have vomiting last Wednesday. No vomiting since, no fever, no other symptoms. We have limited his diet to the BRAT diet with little to no change in bowel movements.

I took 2 tablets of Dulcolax last night around 8:00 for constipation, at around 12:30 I had a loose bowel movement.
