Hi, i am suffering from constant burping, pain in centre of chest, bloating etc. from past many years. Recently through endoscopy i am diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia and Weak LES. My food use to come up if i eat and sleep. But now i have changed my lifestyle and do not eat hours before sleep. Bed elevation etc. I am taking PPI from last 6 months but as soon as i stop taking i get my symptoms back badly. Can you please suggest should i go for surgery? Should i go for different medicine than PPI and

Don't feel like eating since yesterday. Feeling full. Loose stools and sleepy. Attended a party last night wherin had some drinks and food. Condition worsened becoz of which I could not sleep properly. Had to vomit to feel better. Ate nothing except water now since morning.

Hi doc.. I have a query .. the thing is that I had a very severe itching.. so I went to a dctr.. and he said it's prrdibetic condition .. (may be that time i had my lunch just before it may be that's why ) so he prescribed metformin to me.. I had it for abt 5days .. but I felt really dizzed, nausea . During full abdomen ultrasound , grade 1 fatty liver is diagnosed.. I hear sounds from my stomach. And stool color is dark brown. I feel acidic 3-4 hrs / day usually in after lunch. My tummy feels full after one chapati. How harmful is this for my body? Any cure or preacuations.. please suggest

If all blood test are normal and doctors said may be due to infection be the cause of mild spleanomegaly (13.6cm),so can I take any antibiotics or anything so that the spleen size comes to normal,which medicines would you suggest.its urgent.
