Father suffering from right abdominal pain since past 4 yrs. This come once or twice in a year. Please suggest

I have acidity whatever I eat. More or less after 45 minutes of having any meal I got acidity.

Over the past 3-4 days after I eat something , after sometime I start feeling a burning sensation in my throat and some heartburn as well

Lifted 2000 pounds in 60 pd intervals at work today, had a slight pressure in the lower right abdomen that felt like it could have been just a pulled muscle. I looked up how to do a self exam and tested it both by straining and coughing: applying pressure with two fingers in the correct region I felt a slight bulge when I coughed/strained. No pain, just anxiety. Can not afford a serious health issue right now.

From past few months I am having stomach pain, burning sensation from chest to stomach, gas problem, breathing problem, nerve ache, head ache. I am taking nexpro and taxim o but it is giving relief for few days then again I am facing the same problem. Sonography, blood and stool are normal. Local docter said its chronic GERD. I am not eating oily and spicy anymore. But I am not still feeling well. Please help.
