Having inflammation issues and lot of gas and pain in right chest.neck pain is there and shoulders pain too

Hi Sir/Madam My father is facing a severe stomach pain for the past 8 days on the right side of the stomach (next to navel ) . Could you please tell me what would be the cause for this . And also his sugar levels are a bit high 400/310 . He is consuming medicines for diabetics for more than past ten years . He is taking pain killer injections for temprory relief . Mild abdominal pain with lil burning sensation which started from the upper left region and it is effecting the upper left and right area, with lots of burrps. i was diagonised with fundal gastritis and fatty liver. dont know if the gastritis is due to H pylori. im taking PPIs since the begning of problem but still the symptoma remains same.
