I was on train. While in toilet I used the mug provided there to wash my butt. Even though I poured the fresh water in the mug, now I suspect the mug wasn't clean enough. Should I be worried now?

I got ultrasound and other liver ,blood test done but nothing came out and when i consulted senior doctor, he asked me to get CT scan done. Following are the outcomes: CT findings are: Mild thickening of wall of ascending colon is seen. No peri-enteral fat stranding , likely non-specific. Mesenteric lymphadenopathy, size upto 11.3 mm, is seen. No central necrosis is seen. Note is made of a splenicule of size 10.4 x 8.3 mm near hilum of spleen. Now what should i do, its been long suffering.
