I am having a lot of pain due to piles,not able to move...having swelling and anus pain

Ultrasound shows - Common duct appears dilated (12.4mm) along with few central biliary radicals dilatation. Fine echoes are seen in biliary tree likely see to ?infective pathology. and portal vein appears normal in course and caliber 9mm respectively. Others normal. Kindly explain what all the above indicates ?
