Piles without bleeding
Hi I have been having severe pinching type pain in my anus and mostly it is piles. I have been applying pilex on regular basis from one week. Though the lump has decreased but it is causing more pain and dry feeling around anus. What should I do? I wanna avoid operation

It doesn't look like piles probably anal fissure should examine by a surgeon.
