I am suffering from severe burning and itching in my anus and bleeding. It's hurts a lot while passing stool. And whole day I feel burning and itching feeling. CAN PILES TREATED COMPLETELY WITHOUT SURGERY.what should I do to cure it completely, can I cure it with medications completely.

You need a general surgery consultation to confirm the diagnosis first. It may or may not be haemorrhoides(piles)..can be confirmed only after local examination

Any history of constipation? It may be anal fissure... First of all you start stool Softner and get hemoglobin level done... If itching is there then deworming may help..
