Hi Doctor, My mother-in-law( 62 years old) has stone in her gall bladder(Pit kI thaili) and doctor here in Paschim vihar has recommended Operation to remove the gall bladder. As per the doctor its a sleeping stone which is the reason why my mother-in-law doesn't feel any pain, she has Zero symptoms that matches with the Stone patient. However the doctor has advised to go for the surgery as that stone can turned into a cancer. This is the reason why i am writing to you looking for a 2nd opinion.

I have been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis from heavy drinking, have stoped drink period but how long after till I can go to casually drinking? What's the time period until it's safe to consume alcohol

Early morning stomach filled with gas ,eating any sour items like emily or any dal items (chana,pea nuts, turdal) and masala items making so uncomfortable

I am suffering deodenal ulcer and doctor advised me to take pantop HP ...before endoscopy I was taking gas medicines and antacids ..I want to know should I continue gas medicines with pantop HP...

I have a gastric problem from last 3-4 weeks. And this is causing sometimes pain in right chest. I am not eating anything spicy or fried. Also drinking lots of water. Doing 1 hr yoga for stomach. But still having chest tightness and unable to release gas problem.

I am 60 years old. From last few days in the evening I have started getting excessive gas in stomac. I have never faced this problem ever in life. It results into excessive burps and pain in the stomac. Happens in the evening around 6-7 pm. I take normal food. No chillies or excessive fried stuff
