I am suffering from pain in stomach and and lower abdomin. Does not get feeling of empty stomach any time. There is bleeding as well and I have been suffering from last 6-7 years. Bright red blood comes while passing stool and it is usually pain less. Many times I get feeling to go to washroom but there is no empty ness feeling. Blood come out and does not feel hungry as well.
