I had junk food continuously over the weekend and alcohol too. Vomited day before and had pain. Now stomach feels uneasy.please suggest

I went to the ER on 1st of Nov. because I noticed the color of my stool is black and 7 out 10 abdominal pain in the upper area.They didn't know what exactly is wrong. They drew blood and did othr tests and x-ray and discharged me only suspecting that i have either Gastritis or Ulcer. They described me "pantoprazole(PROTONIX) 40 mg ec tablet. For about a month or so, I have had issues off an on for weeks at a time with vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. All of these times I thought maybe it was the flu so I didn't go to the doctor. But yesterday, November 4, I decided to visit the doctor. She diagnosed me with acid reflux. I don't understand because I don't get heartburn as much as I feel like you should with acid reflux. I am just in constant pain from nausea and I continuously vomit. It isn't even after certain times. I just throw up.
