Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from indigestion and assimilate food does not absorb completely gastric disorder remains. Intestine is not absorbing water also food or water. I never been constipation. One more thing I do work out and yoga meditation but all are fail

I have discomfort on left side of my stomach.It feels something is stuck and after burping I feel bit relaxed.Endoscopy was done and reports were normal as per doctor. Once I stop medication again this problem starts. During this period my nose becomes dry and I am not able to breathe property.Please help me and suggest some better way to come to of this.

I am 50 years lady and underwent gall bladder stone surgery.I want a diet chart for my speedy recovery.

I am suffering from GERD for 6 months. 1 month back I took endoscopy. Impression is type 2 GE valve at OG junction. Erosive pangastritis,H.pylori is negative. Doctor prescribed pantocid 40 for a month. I took for 1 month. But yet I am not cured.how long I should be in this medicine? Is it treatable with medication? I'm vitamin D deficient, is it related to it? Should I consider surgery or continue medication? My age is 29, software professional.no drinks and smoking habits.

I had suffered from gastric & bloating issues in recent past & after taking medication now these issues are not present ,but now a days during the evening hour I feel discomfort in my right abdomen i,e area adjacent to the mid of rib cage to the belly bottom & this goes away automatically after some hour.Also if m eating heavy in the evening then the same area inflames .Also when I wake up in the morning I feel my entire belly hair root cramps & it goes away immediately after bowel movement

I have a 3 gallstones of size 6mm to 7mm. As such i dont really have a pain . But my billiribun is slightly high and i also have a back middle pain .. but i dont really know whats causing that back pain because i evn have a digestion problem ... do i really need to get suregery????
