Blood comes in stool before 2 days . I am felling some pain my stomach. I am going to toilet 3 and 4 times within one day

Hi you need to get evaluated. It's better to go ahead with short scopy to rule out presence of piles / Fissure / sigmoid colitis and accordingly medication for same.
