Stool color
Hi. I took isabgol for 2 days in milk and i did get ok stool but alongaide, there was a little piece of bright yellow stool along with normal brown colored stool. I am prone to lot of stress and anxiety and have stomach issues off and on.
Is there anything to worry about?
Any dietary changes reqd?
