Black stool indicates bleeding from upper gastrointestinal tract.As it's present for the last 1 week , you need to consult with a physician in your area for a clinical examination.

It could be hemorrhoids or a fissure. You can get a proper diagnosis if you describe your symptoms properly. Could you please let me know if you have experienced any bleeding during or after defecation? If so, was the blood fresh or not? Additionally, have you been experiencing any pain?
