Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have this symptoms emerged for 3 or 4days. Before that I had digestive problems and used medicine by doc. Now got itching little inside outer anus ,could not resist to put finger to kill that bacteria.please help

Please help me to get rid of my gas problem. I have to frat every few minutes. Even though I eat healthy diet and I drink more than four letter of water everyday. The fart is with out any smell pls help in this regard.

Hi My stomach always feel bloated after some heavy meal , weight is constant since long time and I m not putting up any weight , rather loosing . Feel gassy all the time . Chest pains both side left and right , feel a little good after belching . Passing hard stools . Can feel pain near the ribs , strong and sharp pain. The body temperature is slightly higher than the normal temperature always , can pain in the stomach too , causing in the pain back too. Please let me know Thanks & Regards
