Right chest pain since 1 day and in arms also. What to do is it gastric or heart Took pantop and famotidine too stil not relieve

I feel burning pain in the chest sometimes .mostly in the night time .is this acidity?  When I drink hell lot of water .. I feel little relief. And I feel stomach full after having food in the noon for 3 hours. Although I take little food , I feel stomach full and laxy in the noon times , having green tea gives me relief from this . Please suggest a solution for this

Can I take neurotrat LM for 1 week? as i am getting some side effect like diarrhea

I have upper abdmon pain, radiates to back, some time pain  in right chest , abdmon discomfort, nausea, loose stool, sometime lots of mucus in stool,  I had endroscopi, ultrasound, different blood tests but repot says normal suffering from almost one year above.   now problem are getting worse in addition with temporary problem like headach, sleeplessness, bad breath, suffocation in breathing ,different pains rediates entier boy and disappear after some days 

For the past 2 weeks I've been having nausea & acid reflux, usually after eating breakfast. Nausea pills and antacids helped but 3 days ago I became very nauseous & started having sulfur burps. The nausea has only increased. This is accompanied with severe uper abdominal pain that is burning, and middle abdominal pain that is sharp/gnawing. For 2 nights I can't sleep because it comes in waves & hurts so much I cry. I'm taking stomach-coating pills w/ no improvement. My stomach burns after eatin

Always gas problem faced. After sleeping I awake and then the chest is going too tight.Please give me best treatment.

I wanted to ask is acidity and anxiety are linked because Idk why I have this shortness of breath. I usually breath through mouth. So I have gases and then continously shortness of breath. And also last night was disturbing as I had pain under my left breast on chest. Im 19years old. I Dont think it means heart problem. Its like pressure under the breast. It worsens at night. Two yrs back i got my endoscopy done everything was fine. I have the same symptoms now but this discomfort under my breast is making me stressed. Is it just muscular. I feel its under my ribs. Cuz I keeo twisting my chest and 'tuck' sounds come like how we do to fingers. What cn be the reason?

Since a while now I am facing constipation and gastric issue. My intake of food contains fruits and green leafy veg. I don't understand what is the problem. Since a while cause of this probably I am getting acne. Can you help
