Normal stools followed by thin stools from a week is it normal or should I be concerned?

I am on treatment for intestinal ulcers wherein taking Mesalazine 1.2 g daily twice. However suddenly I am facing a problem of bleeding n mucous in stool I am in Australia now and not getting proper Indian diet. Dr had asked me to continue Mesalazine daily once after course for 1 month however since bleeding started I am continuing daily twice. Pls advise is it ok if continue more time with daily twice? Currently daily twice also not seem to solve issue of bleeding immediately. Pls advise on diet to be followed as I am not getting Indian fruits and leafy veggies here. All I am eating is less spicy chicken, pulses, mushrooms, Potatos, spinach, collyflower, basa fish, broccoli, zucchini Greek yogurt and frozen chapatis

I am experiencing dull ache on and off in right lower abdomen from 1 year. I have undergone ultrasound and cbc blood test reports came up with FEW SHORT AXIS SUBCENTIMETER SIZED LYMPHNODES ARE SEEN IN RIGHT LUMBAR REIGION AND RIGHT ILIAC FOOSA LARGEST MEASURING 13*7MM . Aside by lymphocytes count is also 45. I have taken several antibiotics and pain relievers but still i am having dull pain. Kindly help

My serum bilirubin total is 1.8.....bilirubin direct is 0.86 and indirect is 0.96...is it dangerous?

I am 33 year old male. I work from 9 to 6 in the evening. I follow a normal diet i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner which includes fruits, vegetables, white meat mostly chicken, fish. I usually eat food from out..5 out of 7 days. Of late I am unable to pass proper motions. There is little pain above the naval area. Symptoms were a full kind of feeling a few days ago. My doctor treated that as stomach infection and gave me meds. Now after 3 days I don't get that full or bloated kind of feeling

Indirect bilirubin is 0.68 and reference range is 0.0.8. Also the the bilirubin Direct is 0.12 and reference range is 0.0.12. What does this mean?

For symptoms of gastritis, I was prescribed PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 7 DAYS & Sup. GAVISCON 10 ml THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER MEAL FOR 10 DAYS Now there are no such symptoms. Should i continue taking the medicine or stop? I was also suggested to get get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection, if the system persisted. As there are no such symptoms now, should i go for upper Gastroscopy or not?

Have a feeling of something stuck in the chest . I had gastritis before had an endoscopy 2 months before which showed antral erosions and rut positive . I was given ppis for 15 days after which it was good but now suddenly I have started to feel it again. I have a lot of stress can this be a cause to flare up these symptoms or other is an underlying illness such as esophageal cancer or something

My daughter is having runny stools suddenly 8:30pm onwards. She has passed stool 3times past 2 hours. Complaining of very bad stomach pain And weakness. I gave her econorm sachet and electral water. But pain is still there. Please suggest what syrup or tablet will arrest the loose motion.
