Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have not been diagnosed but IBS and chrons disease runs in my family and I have been having serious problems for a few years now. A few very painful blockages. So I started taking Miralax, have been taking it for 7 days, but the bottle says not to take it for more than 7 days... but i have not felt as good as I do when I’m taking Miralax. Can I continue to take it daily?

Fistula issue still having pain and pus continue going from last one year please help me. Doctor say 3 operation but I do not want to go with this.

Hi Doctors, I feel like contionus urge to burp after eating and swallowing my saliva for that and feel like food is not settling in my stomach, also I feel like excess saliva and it's thick. If I stop the burp, my head feels bit confused and mild discomfort in the head. I have no pain in my stomach, no heart burns. Had stomach infection a month back which got treated. I have vitamin B12 deficiency post taking too many antacids (91) for which I've been taking shots and regular supplements. I don't eat spicy, oily food. Bit constipation in the morning. Is it due to anxiety or something else? Please suggest.
