6 weeks ago, my sgot was 67,and sgpt 186,in last week fibroscan done, result is mean stiffness is 8.1 kpa. HIV,hcv and hbsg is non reactive. Is it NASH. What should I do. How much I am in danger?

I have been suffering with phases of loose motions and incomplete emptying of bowel from past two years.i have undergone endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy and tissue biopsy but the reports are normal mesacol 1.2 mg helped me but after stopping it the problem was back.now iam using probiotics but no use there are episodes of loose motions.i don't have any stress or I don't eat any outside but I can't understand why this problem is repeated.can anyone help me

I've had difficulty defecating for the last three years, and most acutely the last six months. I've tried every digestive aid on the market with ZERO success. I've undergone the anorectal manometry exam, sitz-marker study, blood tests, and 2 colonoscopies, none of which have revealed my problem. Hi doctor, i am facing a problem where I observe little mucus like thing getting discharged out of my anus. It happens once in a day on daily basis when I sit for long time in bus or office or home even. 6-7 month before, I joined gym for the first time and my diet got changed. This somehow lead to blood coming out of anus sometime when i passed stool. After some months blood stopped coming out but this musuc thing is coming out on regular basis since 4 months. Due to this i feel some inflammation has occurred to my nearby skin. Please guide and help me what should I do now.
