Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from heartburn and some times i also feel giddiness and so much gan in stomach. some times i also feel mild pain in my stomach.i am suffering from this problem for last 2-3 years.2 months before my bilirubin level was 1.5. please help me.

Blood came after potty for the first time. It never happened before to me. H

I, 26 year male, have been drinking from last 3 years . Have some digestion issues , loose motions some times and acne in back . Gastric is also there in left side of upper abdomen . Just got the report saying direct bilirubin is 0.40 mg/dl . Do I need to worry or anything I can improve in my diet to reduce it
