Sometime i feel some pain in my stomach and cramps .....i feel so discomfort all the time

I Don’t know why its paining so much below my belly button did sonography its all normal i take meftal spas for it but didn't work

I do not experience such symtoms as vomiting or loose motion... Just slight cough, fever only at night and pain in the abdomen over the past 2 weeks.

My total cholesterol level is 137 mg/dl and HDL is low as 26 mg/dl. Kindly advise how can I boost my HDL level ? Also I had digestive issues last couple of days so ran thru stool test. Found pus cell level 4-6/hpf. Please advise.

I am having stomach pain and acidity and after asking the gastro i did endoscopy and h-pylori infection was detected after medication of 15 days i was okay and was feeling better.after that i got fever and took some pain killer which makes the acidity and stomach pain came back again and after consultation i was asked to take ppi tablets for 15 days after the course of the drug is over i am again getting acidity and stomach pain,i am not able to know what is the root cause of the issue and how it can be treated.please help me to find the correct line of treatment for the same i am a person who is also having hypertension and i am taking medicine for the same every morning.

Dear doctor, From the past 4 days , I'm facing severe back pain at 3AM, in the sleep itself. Im not able to sleep properly in the night. After waking up I drink eno and mixing pudina hara liquid in water. It's giving me relief . There is no pain in morning. I'm facing this problem from mid night to early morning till I drink those eno and after attending my Nature calls i feel relaxed.please suggest me the tablets or remedies thank you.

Suffering from pain in rib cage at left side, just below chest. No treatment is started yet. Also treatment of reflux is going on.

Sour mouth and nausea like since a month ,frequent hunger and weakness, mild fever, heartburn ,abdominal pain and belching, upper gi scopy was normal .

Initially I suffered with h.pylori and recovers completely from it 2 years back. Now I am again getting same type of symptoms. I did h.pylori blood test by Elisa method. In that it is showing 0.8. Please explain me weather I need to do endoscopy or not. What are the medicines i need to take any alternate method is there to recover from h. Pylori. What food diet I need to fallow to reduce the risk came from h.pylori
