I had constipation for which I took Triphala after which I am facing thick loose stool daily 2 to 3 times.gas problem is also increased.i took norflox tz 5 tablet but didn't stop.what should I do.kindly suggest.can I have fruits,egg in this condition.it is happening since 1 month.

Hi. I was very nauseated all day yesterday and today. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I was having a fit of diarrhea but no. I didn't even have to actually go. I felt very nauseated and similar for most of today and currently I feel like my stomach is boiling. It's reminds me of the time I took diet pills or when I'm PMSing but neither of those things are true right now.
