Stomach pain mostly upper part and before going motion sometimes in lower part of stomach ,Whenever I'm in empty stomach and even if I take small spicy food also i got burning sensation in stomach, loose motion, belching, please suggest me tablet for H pylori infection

Semi solid stool, headache very minor like some gas is trapped . I took medicine twice , till their was effct of the medicines stools become normal but after 2-3 days the problem starts again. Gas related problem

In my left illiac portion before going to latrine mostly in the morning I feel a pipe typ thing not really hard but swelled then aftr latrine it again feels normal and my stool is of sticky and loose type now a days , sometimes it feels irritation in left illiac.and now a days I am experiencing too much gas. I have been having regular vomiting every morning with stomach ache and headache since 25 days.Whole day after there is no problem but every morning this whole situation happens.
